Week 4 of my journey: What you set in motion keeps in motion

Hi there!

I’ve heard a saying, that says that emotions, i.e what we feel – is Energy in Motion! Thus, when we set our energy in motion. We feel terrific!

And that what had happened to me in the few weeks I’m in the Master-key program. I want! I desire! Feelings that I haven’t known since I was a child!

The compounding effect is so clear! The intense, the commitment, and the community, it’s all together! And the most important, I’m not doing this alone. It’s me and my husband together in the process.

I say; if someone feels difficulties on the journey, take someone with you! share your surroundings, tell them, commit to them, it helps!

I started teaching some friends small parts from the program, and I learn a lot more just from helping others! They started reading Og Mandino’s scroll, I help them write their DMP’s, I check the DMP’s (mine is great, says Davene…)

The most powerful effect I can tell you, that happened this week, is the connection to my DMP. I read that I am in great shape and feeling wonderful… so I have to do something about it, right? I started using my stepper, every day. at first, I stopped every couple of minutes…  Now I am doing 10 minutes without stopping! Every week I’ll upgrade the duration and the speed. I already feel better!

I can see small successes along the path: I can sit still without paying attention to the feeling of scratching, which I experience every time I’m doing the exercise, I can let go to my thoughts, I complete tasks, hence – I tell my subby that I am a winner!

Have a happy weekend!

  2. Hi Daliya, It is so great to see how you have persisted to keep doing the stepper and you have seen amazing results. I, too, have started an exercise program (Hip Hop Abs) and have seen great results also…although I still have a long way to go, yet. I like your picture. Keep up the good work.
